Danny recently joined Malena as senior sales executive. His most recent position was sales representative at Rene Produce. Prior to that, he spent 9 years at Bionova Produce, inc. as sales manager, 9 years at JC Sunny Winter and 6 years at Ritclo Distributors. It is clear that Danny brings 25 years of premium produce sales and marketing knowledge, along with a leadership role in crop planning and post-harvest issues. His responsibilities will include creating pricing programs for retail, club and foodservice customers, improving the execution of contracts and special programs, and helping Malena gain a stronger presence in retail and foodservice.

Saul is our senior sales executive. He has 14 years experience in produce sales and marketing, along with a broad understanding of logistics and his vast knowledge of quality control assist us in making sure that only the best quality reaches our customers. Gonzalo Avila joined Malena Produce in September 2003.  He brings to Malena more than 4 years of greenhouse experience from conception to operation, including planning, construction, production, logistics and sales.  Prior to joining Malena’s Millennium Greenhouses in Culiacan, Gonzalo served as international executive of Com-merce Resource, Inc., a financial institution in San Diego and also served as junior executive of Rothschild Bank in Mexico City. Gonzalo studied at the University of Arizona and received a Bachelors of Science degree in International Commerce from ITESM, Monterrey Institute of Technology.
